All rates quoted are charged in STERLING, inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate (20%) and also include a full Irish breakfast.

CANCELLATION
Your reservation represents a legally binding contract between you (purchaser) and Ashburn Hotel (supplier). A valid credit/debit card is required in order to execute a reservation and we reserve the right to charge this card, in full, without additional consent, for all cancellations falling outside the permitted ….(24 hour cancellation period (by 12 noon on the day 24 hours prior to arrival).)
Reservations can be cancelled or amended by ( example: 12 noon on the day 24 hours prior to arrival) . Please note that any deposits/bookings fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. To cancel your reservation please contact us directly on +44(0)2838325711
ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodation/Room rates are inclusive of VAT and also include a full Irish breakfast. Check in is guaranteed from …3..pm daily onwards however, we’ll try our very best to accommodate all early arriving guests. If your room is not ready on arrival you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception. Check out times are Monday-Friday 11am, Saturday & Sunday 12pm.
The Occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to other Occupants.
SMOKING POLICY
All bedrooms are non smoking.
ROOM KEYS
LOST ROOM KEYS: Replacement keys are issued from reception and can only be issued to the occupier of the room after the resident’s identity has been confirmed. A resident’s identity can be confirmed with a valid proof of I.D i.e. passport, driving licence. In exceptional circumstances, if none of the aforementioned are available, a specimen signature should be requested which can be checked against the signature on the check in document.
A £20.00 lost key charge will be assessed to the credit card on file if room key isn’t returned at check-out.
DAMAGE
All damages or breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged for.
Ashburn hotel reserves the right to charge for all damage to fabric, furnishings and/or the hotel itself caused either willfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In the event of such damage occurring the credit/debit card provided to secure the booking will be charged without additional consent against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred by the hotel.
PRIVACY POLICY
Ashburn hotel is very respectful about the privacy concerns of all our customers. All the personal information you enter when registering / booking with us is kept secure and is not supplied or sold to any third party. However we sometimes need to use e-mail addresses / mobile phone numbers and other personally identifiable information to contact customers when we may be required to do so, e.g. Credit Card Fraud or Police Investigations.
MINORS/UNDER 18’S
Unaccompanied persons under the age of 18 WILL NOT be permitted to stay overnight in the hotel. Proof of age will be required where necessary.
